Nuclear Cowboyz ~GIVEAWAY CLOSED~

Giveaway is now closed!  Our winner is Vickie Jones who said :
"My 18 year old daughter, she would do a flip."
Congrats Vickie!!  Please look for an email from me in you inbox!

Don't worry if you didn't win...I'm about to post yet another Nuclear Cowboyz giveaway..stay tuned!

I'm baaack!  Didn't know I was gone, eh?  I know I've been a slacker lately.  Since school started for the boys I just can't get my act together!  I spread myself too thin, had way too many irons in the fire, and all of those other lovely cliches that help us express the feeling of needing more minutes in a day to get those important things accomplished.

I finally discovered that what I really needed wasn't more minutes or hours in a day....it was to prioritize!!  I was trying to do too much, and most of what I was trying to do WAS really important, but I some of it was just time consuming or unnecessary.  One of my top resolutions this year is to say NO more when it's not important but to say YES more when it is.  YES to taking care of my family and my home and taking steps to make it more comfortable.  NO to another PTA function that someone else really could handle (I'm a bit of a control freak....surprised?)  YES to spending more time with my kids doing fun stuff. See what I mean?

To start that off right I will be taking my kids to check out Nuclear Cowboyz when they roll into town on January 19 and 20!!  I already told you all about their show in this post from last month but here's a refresher:

The two legendary Nuclear Cowboyz FMX tribes, the Soldiers of Havoc℠ and Metal Mulisha®, return for an action-packed event that takes place in the war-torn city of Los Angeles during the year 2150.  The tale unfolds as the two tribes’ survival is threatened and besieged by an evil force, The Tempest and her electrifying acrobatic Cyborg Army. Cast into the heart-pounding ferocity and frenzied excitement are the alluring Nuclear Cowgirlz® dancers, whose allegiance to their tribes only intensifies the Tempest’s rage to destroy the Nuclear Cowboyz. The Soldiers of Havoc and Metal Mulisha’s battle is fought through fearless, gravity-defying freestyle tricks.
It's so much more than a monster truck or motorcross show...it's just got, well, so much more!  I know you want to check this out as much as I do...and I'm lucky to have a family 4 pack of tickets to give away to one lucky reader!!

Entering is easy, you have 3 ways to put your name in the hopper:
  1. Share which member of your family would be most likely to try out some of the daredevil stunts you'll see at the Nuclear Cowboyz show, leave a comment IN THIS POST telling us who and what stunt you think they'd try.
  2. 'Like' Nuclear Cowboyz on Facebook and leave a comment stating you did so.
  3. 'Like' and share In A Galaxy on Facebook and leave us a comment saying that you did.
That's it!  So easy! Now for those pesky details:  You must be 18 to enter.  Winner will be drawn using a random number generator and notified on Monday, January 7 at 2 p.m.  Winner has 24 hours to respond or another winner will be chosen.

Some of my friends also have tickets up for grabs!  Go visit and enter to win:

I think my youngest would be the most likely to do these stunts -she's always been a monkey and has no fear.

I think my brother would be the most likely to try something, since he ussed to ride a motorcycle...he'd probably want to do a flip or just ride on the back wheel for an easier stunt

Hmmmm.....who in my family would be most "up" for these death defying stunts? Well, that's quite the toss up between my husband and my 2 boys ages 3 and 7. I'd have to say that my hubby would be must up for the challenge, especially sine last year he was crowned Universal Studios Fear Factor champion during a special family reunion trip. What was his motivation to win? He said, "There was NO way I was gonna lose in front of my boys." That pretty much sums it up! Thank you for this extraordinary opportunity to win tickets to this event. Looks to be SO memorable. :) Crossing my fingers!
